Size Exchanges

• Free Size Exchanges: If the size you've ordered isn't right, we're always happy to set up a free size exchange.

• Request Period: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Defective Items

• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at the same contact methods mentioned above. We will not arrange a resolution for defects reported after this period.

• We will arrange for a replacement or provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
